1) AWS cloud solutions architect
Description:
- Seeking an experienced, self-motivated cloud migration specialist to a lead migration effort from IT infrastructure to AWS Cloud & Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Primary Responsibilities
- Driving application migration (using automation) from existing IT infrastructure to AWS & Oracle Cloud infrastructure
- Cutover from the old infrastructure/app to the new cloud deployment (AWS & OCI)
- Work closely with the development team to deliver e2e integrated platform with a focus on optimizing the AWS environment for availability, performance, cost, automation and time to implementation.
- Ability to define a best practices model for on-boarding of applications to AWS, OCI and ongoing operations.
- 3-5 years of working experience as an AWS cloud solutions architect
- Working knowledge with automation scripting / programming via Cloud Formation, PowerShell, Python
- Working knowledge of CI / CD setup and configuration- automation, pipeline, scaling solutions and more
- Experience with continuous delivery toolsets (Jenkins, etc)
- Development experience with Function as a code (Serverless/Lambda) and how to troubleshoot
- Must have deep understanding and experience with AWS & OCI migration best practice, design, implementation and operations best practice
- Deep knowledge and experience with AWS platforms and services like EC2, ECS, S3, Load Balancers, Route 53, Firewall, PostgreSQL, Aurora.
- Working knowledge of migrating applications from Onprem to OCI ( Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Working knowledge of Day2 OPS
2) AWS/OCI Administration
Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
❏ Overall 4+ years’ experience in IT with Min. 3+ years of experience in AWS/OCI Administration, Software Configuration, Build, Deployment and Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Infrastructure and DevOps areas.
❏ Minimum 2+ year’s foundational experience on Cloud Infrastructure services (AWS/OCI) related to compute, network, content delivery, administration and security, deployment and management, automation technologies.
❏ Hands on experience with a significant 'on premise to Cloud' migration.
❏ Develop and maintain technical documentation of cloud infrastructure, physical infrastructure, data flows, infrastructure inventories, network designs and process workflows.
❏ Strong understanding of the cloud orchestration such and should be able to define and design solutions independently based on the driving factors such as costs / Non- Functional requirements and functional requirements.
❏ Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes ( GIT, Jenkins, Cloud Formation Template and Ansible)
❏ Proven experience to build scalable, High Available production systems (Load Balancers, master / slave architectures, 12-factor, micro-services, immutable production)
❏ Validate the environment to meet all security and compliance controls
❏ Knowledge of best practices, Setup Processes, services, tools and market trends pertaining to cloud
❏ Prior experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.

❏ Experience with implementing cloud monitoring solutions using splunk, elastic search, etc.
❏ Experience with automated testing tools and service oriented architecture is desired.
