Description :

1. Need to have Bulk hiring experience. 
2. Good communication is mandatory.
3. Well versed with job portals  
4. Should have experience Volume hiring.  
5. Flexible to work on weekends.  

Payroll: 

* Spool the attendance from e Attendance system and do the necessary changes 

* Check the all the leaves are approved by manager or not, if not intimate to the employee to get the leave approved 

* Check the holidays of different states 

* Finalize the attendance and upload in HRIS 

* Inform to all EDC HR to cross check of their respective employees 

* Add the allowances and deductions as per the company policy 

* Add the RP bills for income tax purpose 

* Checking all the statutory payment (PF, ESI, PT, LWF...) 

* Collect the telephone deduction details from recruitment team and update in HRIS 

* Run the payroll process and Finalization Of Pay registers
