Job Description :

1. Responsible for configuring and delivering SAP SD Enhancements and Support in Manufacturing environment 
2. Providing Functional Support for Change in Business Requirements, Configuring settings for Sales Organization, Division, ATP, Customer Account Groups. 
3. Configuration for Sales & Distribution, Pricing Procedure, Tax Procedure. 
4. Automations of Various Business Processes from Order to Cash. 
5. Ensure that relevant configuration, development and testing documentation is maintained and followed, especially in accordance with current standards and procedures 
6. Design and implement resolutions in response to support issues and change requests 
7. Providing timely solution on AMS Issues/ Tickets, Root Cause Analysis of L3 Issues and submission of Reports. 
8. Involving in design, configuration of New Business/Product Line. 
9. Defining, Validation Controls for Sales and Distribution. 
10. Test case preparation for all Business Cycle related to SD.
